Jim McCrary No coast editor McCrary holds forth at the book table in basement of
The Taproom 8th St. Tavern a monthly Lawrence, Ks reading series. He sells Hanks
Chapbooks and other local author works. He gives away priceless items from his archives,
most recently copies of St Marks in the Bowery Poetry Newsletters which he doesn't
understand anymore. McCrary along with Tills, Mancini, Chadwick, McPherson, and
Riener maintained a ur-language salon in Cotati, California, which continues today
with Hanks Orginal Press. E-mail: Jim McCrary

Richard Lopez maintains Hank's on the Left Coast from his center in Sacramento all
the way up to Vancouver. Yes, curates the indispensable Lit blog Really Bad Movies,
also. One and the same. Can check out some of his poetry in Shampoo 15 and 21, as well
as the Skip Fox JULY issue of truck, and some of his reviews and crit at Black Radish. And
there's a fab interview of Tom Beckett by Richard in JACKET2 here, click clickety click.
Here's a picture of him with geof huth that you can gaze at in this article by his fellow
Sacramento pomer Richard Hansen. Lopez has two collab books with Jonathan Hayes
Super 8 (Superblast!, 2006) and Hallucinating California (Windowpane Press, 2008).
And there's his book The Grapevine (24th St Irregular Press) from 2004 . E-mail: Richard Lopez

Henry Mancini, aka H., aka Hank, aka just the very best of the kind of old buddies
one would have and keep for a lifetime, just ask Jim McCrary and Steve Tills, who shared
something like a commune or a speakeasy with him in that wild year or so between
1988 and 1989. H. maintains Left Coast Hank's from down San Luis Obispo parts up to
SF and east to Phoenix. You may need to forgive the nicknames and the sentimentality,
Post, Neo, and Pre Lang Pomers. This is a NEW FUN, here, and it's compassionate and
it's abundantly, well, it's abundantly just plain aww-shucks, yep. E-mail: Henry Mancini

Steve Tills, aka Somebody-else, will wait for his co-editors McCrary, Lopez, and Mancini
to whip up a new roving BIO Note as silly as the ones he's whipped up here for them.
Poetic Justice, as it were... Steve will cover the east coast, the straight, right, damn old
east coast for Hank's. E-mail: Steve Tills
